On a hot and humid summer evening at The Sunflower Garden in Manchester Maryland, I met up with Corinne and Gordon for their engagement session. When Corinne mentioned she wanted to incorporate flowers into their photos, I was thrilled. We ended up in a beautiful garden filled with sunflowers, an old truck and free herbs. It was such a pleasure hanging out with these two, their love certainly shines through in photos and I am so excited for their wedding next fall!
Falling Branch, a new brewery here in Harford County, has several delicious Belgian-inspired beers. If you haven't visited the brewery yet, take a trip to Street, MD one Saturday to experience their beer garden. Beer tastings, flights and pints as well as shaved beef, ice cream and games. What's not to love?
Almost nine months ago, my sister and brother-in-law asked if they could drop off some plants for me to water while they went on vacation. I told her to drop them off whether I was home or not but she insisted she stop by while I was home. Five minutes after arriving to our house, she says she has something to tell me. That something was that she was pregnant and I'm going to be an aunt!
I am so excited to share this post. It's the start of many photoshoots between my nephew and I. I'm so happy I get to be the one to photograph all the significant moments in his life. We really lucked out for this shoot. It was nearly 60 degrees out! And being the weekend after the blizzard, there was plenty of pretty snow left.
I cannot wait to meet and spoil you, little nephew! You have the most amazing parents ever and will be so loved!
